     Stacy and I have a combined 55+ years invested into this business and experience in all areas of the restaurant from washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms to creating concepts, designing full restaurants and creating wine lists.  We spared no expense in the creation of this restaurant for your dining pleasure.  Please enjoy your visit here; you are our guest in our home.

     My interest in food sparked at a very young age.  I was fortunate enough to come from family with heavy cooking background and to find apprenticing chefs of high caliber when I was a teenager.  I have a lot of Chefs to thank for my learning experience especially the ones that taught me by old world chef brutality, you know who you are (thanks!). 

 

     This restaurant showed up in my life in 2010 as a part time job that turned into one of the best growing experiences in my life.  Ed and Stacy had faith in my abilities and I had faith in their vision.  It has been a very rewarding relationship for all of us and we all continue to grow. 

 

     We couldn’t do any growing without you; I sincerely appreciate all the guests that walk through our doors.  If you are interested in knowing something about our menu or specials, just ask for me! I would love to visit your table.  Who knows, I might have something special in the back waiting for you!

     I was reeled in by the chef’s fishing pole in late 2011 by force it seemed, now I wished I would have done it sooner! My many years with the Chuck Muer Corporation and moving on to manage the old Rocky’s of Brighton for 10 years has taught me a lot about good service, work ethic and giving guests quality product at a good value.
