My interest in food sparked at a very young age. I was fortunate enough to come from family with heavy cooking background and to find apprenticing chefs of high caliber when I was a teenager. I have a lot of Chefs to thank for my learning experience especially the ones that taught me by old world chef brutality, you know who you are (thanks!).
This restaurant showed up in my life in 2010 as a part time job that turned into one of the best growing experiences in my life. Ed and Stacy had faith in my abilities and I had faith in their vision. It has been a very rewarding relationship for all of us and we all continue to grow.
We couldn’t do any growing without you; I sincerely appreciate all the guests that walk through our doors. If you are interested in knowing something about our menu or specials, just ask for me!
